South Dakota Voters Reject Abortion Ban Law

11:32 pm--CNN just predicted a defeat of SD's abortion ban.

11:57 pm--MSNBC also predicts the ban has been defeated.

1:21 am--From CNN's ballot measures page, the abortion ban was defeated 55% (129,470) to 45% (106,164).

Two parental notification measures, in California [No 52% (1,269,132) to Yes 48% (1,168,975) with 27% of precincts reporting] and Oregon [No 54% (371,306) to Yes 46% (319,963) with 43% of precincts reporting] are still undecided.

UPDATE: Both parental notification measures have been rejected--California 54% to 46%; Oregon 55% to 45%.
