I'm enough of an untergeek to know that something's really not right (security breach?) but not to understand exactly what happened. Can you figure it out?

This is a bus stop shelter in my neighbourhood [ad display monitor side]. The ad was a clip from Discovery channel, the Deadliest Catch show. Note the little box in the middle of the screen; it's not part of the ad.
