Drug Prices At Military Pharmacies

Four packs of Ortho-Tri-Cyclen for $99.96.

That seems very expensive. I get four packs of pills for free, since I'm a military dependent. If I had to buy them off-base, four packs would cost me $36. Where'd you get this information?

From Stars and Stripes (see link in post). This paragraph may explain the disparity:

Drug prices affect Department of Defense civilian employees, contractors and their family members. The cost of medicine bought at military pharmacies by active-duty troops, retired active-duty troops and their families are covered by Tricare.

What's not clear to me is where are these military pharmacies? On base only, or can any pharmacy get designated as "military"?
